This week sees the release of a new Al Gobi on the prolific Rothmans label. Expect dark chuggy squelches and noises throughout. We’re in fantastic company on this release with Timothy J Fairplay, Tommy Walker 3 and Max Essa providing the other tracks. All which make THE ALBERTO TARANTINI RELEASE and the 5th installment in the Rothmans series which is going from strength to strength. This is a vinyl only release so visit the links below as these get snapped up pretty quickly.

This is the final installment of a compilation that has celebrated its roof top parties in LA which have no come to a close. The compilation hosts an array of talented artists such as Balcazar & Sordo and Adriatique as well as many others.
The track is so far gaining alot of good feedback. Check out this review at DMC World, …..

Over the last few summers myself and Jem Haynes have been making music under our Second Line guise. Last year saw the debut release which is available here.
Today is one of our new tracks featured on the new Colour Series sampler alongside a whole host of talent who will be releasing music on the label. The track is called Fly Back and is now available on BEATPORT and JUNODOWNLOAD. Go listen, go buy it and play it very loud.
Im very happy to tell everyone about this release, which is myself and Phils first release on wax. This is released courtesy of the ever impressive Disco Bloodbath chaps, on a label where we’ll be alongside names such as Waze & Odyessey, Mark E, Hand Plant, G & S, Jamie Blanco and Damon Martin to name a few.
This will be the first EP and have another scheduled for release next spring. Meanwhile its back to this one. On remixes duty we have Crooked Man aka DJ Parrot who got a nice review on Juno Plus and Wild Geese. We also got a nice review on the ace site that is Test pressing as well. Both are sterling.
At the beginning of Summer 2011, Jem Haynes moved to the flat directly above me. This was soon the beginning of regular coffee’s and music making sessions. After getting involved in a series called Treme, our Second Line guise was born as we sought inspiration in a lot of the songs, drums and rhythms from the music in the series for an EP.
Over a year and a half has gone by and in that time has seen these tracks tested around the globe, including We Love at Ministry of sound and Space in Ibiza where they have worked to full effect on a weekly basis. This debut EP is also the first release on Jem Haynes new Colour Series label. More music is in the pipeline currently from ourselves, Jem and Mike Peters. Check the Colour Series soundcloud for more

Here’s a video I found also that someone posted of me playing Big Chief at for We Love at Green Valley in Brazil.
Over the last couple of winters myself and Phil Moody have been locked in the studio whittling away making alot of music. The first of these to be released comes on the ever lovely and popular Audio Parallax. The music released on this label is always of a very high standard so we were very happy to join such ranks. We’ve also recruited the local and brilliant talents of Last Waltz, 6th Finger and NY*AK to help out on the remix front and all deliver superbly.
A mention was also given to the EP and 6th Finger remix by our fine friends Feelmybicep here.

Released today is the start of a new label ran by Adrian Dickinson, of Touchsoul fame. And guess what, its also called Touchsoul. Im delighted to feature alongside himself, Manmademusic and Beaten Soul Probe on this debut release. check out more at his soundcloud
Howdy all, managed to recover a copy of this I made in the summer. One of the few new tracks I’d started to survive the great hard drive failure of 2011. To celebrate this I thought I’d give it out everyone. Making good use of Miles David classic ‘Blue’, which I also suggest you track down, it’s aimed at the late night/ early morning/ lazy pool day kinda vibe. Enjoy anyhow.
After buying this 45 in the winter, i fancied knocking up a little edit that spliced the a and b sides on one convenient tune. the bog standard extensions and a little kick drum, and its sounding nicely in some of my recent sets. here ye go. whilst you’re here, have a search for other bits by the intruders and purchase some nice vinyl.[soundcloud url="http://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/20986946"]
Here’s what we’ve managed to come with. All tracks are currently unmixed and unmastered.
